The Championnat intérieur de soccer de l’Outaouais (CISO) caters to players aged between 9 and 18. The games take place Saturdays at 1:00 pm and Sundays at 8:00 pm.
The games take place from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

This program caters to students from the Polyvalente Nicolas-Gatineau and the Polyvalente de l’Île. Training takes place at the Centre multisport, from Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

This program caters to the best soccer players aged 12 years old. They will participate in the Quebec’ regional selection tournament or in the Jeux du Québec. The training takes place at the Centre multisport on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, from November to April.

The centre caters to the best soccer players aged from 10 to 12. The training prepares the young players for the elite level. The courses are offered each Saturday, from 8:00 am to noon, from November to March.

The ARSO’s chief trainer as well as the regional technicians offer courses and programs at the Centre multisport in Gatineau from November to April. These courses align with the Centre régional de développement, the École régionale de gardiens de but, the Program Sélections régionales and the Program Sport-études.
The association also manages the junior and senior leagues in order to accommodate the needs of all soccer players.
